We respect your privacy. This page explains what information this website and our studio collect and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you reserve a class, book a session, buy a class pack, sign the waiver, join the newsletter or send a message, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and emergency contact. We use them only to run your booking, send confirmations and reminders, and reply to you. We never sell your information.
Waivers
When you sign our waiver, we keep the signed copy, the wording you agreed to and the date, so we can show what you agreed to. You and we each get a PDF. We don’t ask about your health on it.
Payments
Payments for class packs, workshops and deposits are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Newsletter
If you join our newsletter, we’ll email you about twice a month. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and we’ll remove you the same day.
Information collected automatically
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you personally.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time by emailing hello@stillpointmadison.com.
