Cancellations
Cancel or move a class up to 2 hours before it starts, from the link in your confirmation email. A pack credit returns to your pack, and a paid spot is refunded to your card. Later than that, the spot or credit is used.
Late arrivals
We close the door 5 minutes after class starts so the room stays quiet. If you’re running late, call and we’ll tell you whether it’s okay to slip in.
Packs
Packs last 3 months (intro, Beginners’ Series, unlimited month), 6 months (5 classes) or a year (10 classes). Single drop-ins never expire, because they’re used the day you buy them.
Pricing questions
How do class packs work?
Buy a pack on the Prices & packs page with your email; no account needed. When you reserve a class, choose “Use my class pack” and enter the 6-digit code we email you. Each class uses one credit, and a reservation for two people uses two.
Do class packs expire?
The 5-class pack lasts six months, the 10-class pack a year, and the intro, series and unlimited-month packs three months. The pack’s card says how long it lasts before you buy.
Can I share a pack with a friend?
Yes. Reserve a spot for two and it uses two credits from your pack. Your friend will also need to sign the waiver.
