Winter Restorative: Slow Down for the Season

December is a lot. Daniel guides a long restorative practice, bolsters and blankets everywhere, then a short sound meditation, then hot tea in the lobby. You’ll leave warmer, quieter and with a couple of ways to take the practice home.

All levels. Wear layers, since we’ll be lying still for much of it.
